This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and when you contact us, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Contact form and email: your name, work email, company, role, what you tell us about your systems and plans, and any file you choose to attach.
- Call booking: name, email and the time you pick, handled by our calendar provider.
- Website use: aggregated, cookie-less visit statistics and page-speed measurements (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). They do not build personal profiles or track you across sites.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare an offer — steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To run and secure this website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (website hosting, analytics, storage of files you attach to the contact form), Resend (delivery of contact-form emails), Cal.com (call booking) and Migadu (email hosting). [Confirm each provider’s data location and the safeguard used for any transfer outside the EU.]
How long we keep it
Enquiries and attached files that don’t lead to a contract are deleted after [12] months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
